Payment Information

Bank Transfers

To secure your reservation at Ndole Bay, we require a minimum 2 night deposit within 7 days of booking. If you are booked on a charter package, full payment is required within 7 days of confirmation. This will be stated upon booking confirmation. Please ensure Proof of Payments are emailed in advance to your arrival.

We encourage clients who do not wish to carry large amounts of cash with them to make a bank transfers PRIOR to arrival, this means you can do any or all activities without worrying about if you have enough cash to cover your stay once you arrive.

Settling at the Lodge

Final bills can be settled in cash upon departure (Zmw or Usd. We cannot accept usd notes lower than $50 denomination, must be unmarked and no older than 2013).

We do have a credit card machine on site at a charge of 2.5% on purchases (AMEX not accepted).

Any Boat Transfers

Please be aware that all boat transfers must be paid in full prior to your arrival or else we cannot offer you this service.

Zambian National Park Entry Fees

Please note that Zambian National Park Entry fees are to be paid in kwacha cash at the current set rate of exchange each month. These are to be paid in cash at the lodge only as we pay them directly to Parks and Wildlife during your stay.
