Booking & Cancellation Policies

To Confirm your Booking

To secure your reservation at Ndole Bay, we require a minimum 2-night deposit within 7 days of booking.

If you are booked on a charter package, full payment is required within 10 days of charter departure confirmation. This will be comunicated when seats have been filled to garauntee the pricing. Please ensure Proof of Payments are emailed in advance to your arrival.

We encourage clients who do not wish to carry large amounts of cash with them to make a bank transfers PRIOR to arrival, this means you can do any or all activities without worrying about if you have enough cash to cover your stay once you arrive.

Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your stay, please note the below;

Cancellation received:

More than 90 days before stay: Full refund

90 - 31 days prior  to arrival : 50% cancellation fee 

31 - 0 days: 100% cancellation fee.

Note that any funds held in credit based on a future stay that have not been refunded by request of the guest, the stay must fall within a year of the deposit date or funds will be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed with managment.

Payments at the Lodge

Final bills must be settled prior to departure (Zmw or USD. We cannot accept USD notes lower than $50 denomination, must be unmarked and no older than 2018). Credit card payments are available on site.
Note: We do not offer credit to any individuals or companies without a set prior contract in place.

Any Boat Transfers & Charter Payments

Please be aware that all boat and charter payments must be paid in full prior to your arrival or else we cannot offer you this service.
